Limits and pauses

Before relying on a control, read what it limits: deposits, stakes, net losses, time or access. Check the period, when a change takes effect, how an increase or removal works, and which accounts or products it covers. An operator's description is information about its policy; it is not a test of the control's effectiveness.

Deciding not to continue is an available choice. Setting a limit should not be presented as a guarantee against harm or as a way to recover losses.

Self-exclusion and ordinary closure

Self-exclusion and closing an account are different processes. Read the exclusion period, activation route, reopening conditions and balance or withdrawal implications. A help article that permits ordinary reopening does not demonstrate an exclusion lock. Account support can explain a published process; territorial help services serve a different purpose.

This guide offers a checklist for reading policies. It does not diagnose a condition, recommend treatment or certify the tools of any platform. The research method explains what the reviews checked.

Territorial help resources

Research checked the listed pages on 3 October 2026. Service contacts and hours should be confirmed on the service's current page. No enquiry or call was made to test delivery.

Family members and editorial corrections

The Brazilian resource includes information for affected people and families. Consult the relevant service page for its own scope before assuming that another resource offers the same assistance. Contact this site's publisher for an incorrect resource link or factual correction; that channel does not replace a support service or manage an operator account.
