Withdrawals and verification
Each deposit must be wagered once before a withdrawal. The help centre sets no maximum withdrawal amount; the minimum and the network fee depend on the coin, for example a 2.5 USDT minimum and a 1 USDT fee on Tron. Identity and source-of-funds checks may be requested before a withdrawal.
Accounts left inactive for 12 months can be charged a monthly fee of 5% of the remaining balance, so withdraw your balance before a long break.
